Mango Calendula Ceylon Tea

What you need:

*  1 cup green tea leaves

*  1 cup black leaves

*  ½ raw mango

*  1 piece of ginger about 2 inches long

*  2 tablespoon of dried and crumbled calendula flowers

Preparation method:

Slice the mango into small pieces and let it dry in room temperature. Once it has lost all moisture, cut it into finer pieces if required. Do the same with the ginger. It’s important that both the mango and ginger are well dried to avoid spoilage during storage.

Now, mix the dried mango pieces, ginger pieces, tea leaves and calendula in a bowl. Store the mixture in an airtight jar.

Chamomile Mint Tea

What you need:

*  1 cup green tea leaves

*  1 cup black tea leaves

*  1 cup fresh mint leaves

*  ¼ cup dried and crumbled chamomile flowers

*  1 tablespoon dried lavender

*  2 lemons

Preparation method:

Peel the rind from the lemons and dry it at room temperature until it has lost all the moisture. Dry the mint leaves as well.

Mix the dried lemon rind, mint, chamomile flowers and lavender with the tea leaves. Store the mixture in an airtight container.Using a vegetable peeler, peel the rind (avoiding pith) from lemons. Place it on a rack with mint and let it dry at room temperature until brittle (about 24 hours).
