Beat the heat with a tall glass of iced tea. It’s not only delicious, but super easy to make at home. You’ll need 1 cup of strong black tea, 2 tablespoons of sugar dissolved in water (sugar syrup), 1 table spoon of lemon juice and 10-12 whole mint leaves.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and black tea over the ice cubes. Let it cool for a while and your glass of ice tea is ready! You can add a sprig of mint to the glass, to make the drink look appealing.
Fruit Infused Water
Planning to up your intake of water but lacking flavours to make it taste great? Don’t worry, you can add a bit of zing to your water by infusing it with yummy fruits. Fill a large jar with pure drinking water and add a mixture of cut fruits such as lemon, strawberries and raspberries. You can also add a sprig of mint leaves for a more refreshing taste.
