Can I service / repair any Livpure product on my own ?

It is not recommended to open your Livpure RO and service it by an untrained individual. Call our Livpure customer support number 1800 419 9399 for any issues related to service & opening the machine.

What is the Warranty Period of my Livpure Unit?

The product is warranted against any manufacturing defects arising out of any faulty or defective material on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice.

Are the spare parts covered under this warranty?

Consumables such as sediment filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis membrane, anti scalant cartridge, UF Membrane and Post carbon filter which are subject to normal wear and tear in the course of use are not covered in this warranty.

What type of service warranty Livpure is offering?

2 Preventive Maintenance visit by our Authorized Service Personnel within 12 months from the date of purchase. Incase of a breakdown, the customer can log a complaint. There will be no Service visit charge during the warranty period.
