Whether or not you remember any events from the previous night, you can keep these lifestyle tips in mind so that your liver stays strong.
1. Drink plenty of water
While this one is an absolute no-brainer, many of us tend to overlook this and forget to drink the necessary amount of water. Ideally, you need to drink at least twice the amount of water when compared to beer and wine. Make sure you drink more water when you consume hard liquor. Also, it’s essential that you drink purified water. In addition to keeping your liver healthy, water also hydrates your body. It improves brain function and makes you feel fresh as well.
2. Eat lots of grapefruits
Grapefruits are high in anti-oxidants and vitamin C. They’re known to enhance the natural cleansing ability of your liver. Also, help boost the production of detoxifying enzymes in your liver. Make sure you have freshly cut grapefruit or freshly squeezed grapefruit juice for best results.
3. Drink green tea
