10 Little Tips to Reduce Effects of Air and Water Pollution at Home

The time has come when we need to apply measures to stop the pollution from affecting the indoor environment as well. Read on to know about ways in which you can reduce air and water pollution effects when you are indoors.

1) Using hair sprays in well-ventilated rooms

Although you might not be able to do much without your nail-polish or the hairspray, the practical fact is that these actually release some volatile organic chemicals. These chemicals are quite harmful, causing a variety of lung problems- even cancer. Make sure that you use them in open spaces and well-ventilated areas to minimize the chances of the degradation of indoor air quality.
