Choose a hair wash schedule based on your hair type

Wash your hair sparingly and use a high-quality shampoo that’s ideal for your hair type. Shampoo your hair at least twice a week. Use a thick and creamy shampoo if you have dry hair and a clear shampoo if you have oily hair.

Deep conditioning

Given your busy schedule, you often rush through your conditioning routine. Deep conditioning your hair every once in a while, adds lustre and volume to your hair. Once you’ve washed your hair with shampoo, squeeze out the extra water. Now take a generous dollop of conditioner and apply throughout your hair, right from the roots to the tips.
