You may also experience headaches, thirst, and feeling of dryness in the tongue, lips, mouth, and skin. The recommended water intake for men is approximately 3 litres, and for women, it’s about 2.2 litres per day.
With dehydration, your body is confused and thinks that you’re starving or hungry. It can happen during the day and night as well.
